Challenge

Three outlets generating different margins with no clear explanation of why. The owner had no baseline to compare costs against industry norms.

What We Did

Mapped cost categories across all three outlets side-by-side. Compared overhead distribution against sector data for F&B businesses in Selangor and KL. Identified two cost categories that diverged significantly.

Outcome
