Cookie Policy
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your browser or device when you visit. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences — such as whether you've accepted our cookie notice — so you don't have to re-enter them each time you return.
Cookies help websites function properly, understand how visitors use them, and provide a more consistent experience across visits. They do not run programmes or carry viruses.
2. Cookie Types We Use
These cookies are required for the website to function. They manage your cookie consent preference and basic session state. They cannot be disabled.
Help us understand how visitors navigate our site — pages viewed, time spent, entry and exit points. We use this to improve content and structure. Examples: Google Analytics.
Used to track visitors across websites and display relevant advertising. We do not currently run advertising campaigns, but this cookie type may be set by embedded third-party tools.
Store user settings and interface preferences across visits, such as language or display choices.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some features of our site use third-party services that may set their own cookies:
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage data for site improvement (only active with your analytics consent)
- Google Maps — embedded map on our homepage uses Google's cookie infrastructure
- Font and CDN providers — may set performance-related cookies to serve assets efficiently
We do not control third-party cookies. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
4. Cookie Duration
- Session cookies — exist only while your browser is open; deleted automatically when you close it. Used for essential session management.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Our consent cookie persists for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies typically expire within 24 months.
5. Your Cookie Preferences
You can adjust your cookie preferences below. Essential cookies cannot be disabled. Changes take effect immediately and are saved to your browser's local storage.
